 es how a corporate group of financial institutions can implement a sustaina
 ble and non-intrusive program for Data Governance taking into account their
  own strategic needs and maturity levels.\nWe designed, implemented, and co
 ntinuously improved independent Data Governance programs for each organizat
 ion in the corporate group. For that purpose, we conducted a maturity asses
 sment and defined a baseline for each organization, then we imple
 mented a Data Strategy aligned to their strategic objectives, and defined a
  roadmap. Finally, we established a corporate Data Governance program focus
 ed on the definition of corporate policies, the creation of synergies, the 
 dissemination of knowledge, and the application of best practices.\nOur res
 ults show all organizations increased their maturity levels for Data M
 anagement and Data Governance. The application of Data Governance technique
 s and best practices at a corporate level helped diverse organizations to s
 trengthen their capabilities to appropriately manage and exploit their data
