 ainty and anxiety, that the number of people reporting extreme depression a
 nd&nbsp;anxiety is 4x higher than before the pandemic. Mindfulness provides
  us the tools we need to&nbsp;regulate these emotions and improve our menta
 l state. Not only does mindfulness improve mental&nbsp;health, physical hea
 lth, and over-all wellbeing on a personal level, but organizations benefit 
 greatly&nbsp;as well. Mindfulness is becoming widely adopted and companies 
 are realizing the great benefits of&nbsp;offering mindfulness in different 
 ways to their employees. However, a lot of people aren&rsquo;t sure&nbsp;wh
 at mindfulness is about, why they should practice it, or where to start.\n\
 n\nThis session delivers the basics of mindfulness in an easy to understand
  way and brings to light all&nbsp;of the positive effects mindfulness has t
 o offer. This session includes some basic meditation&nbsp;practices, as wel
 l as some mindful breathing and micro practices, which are short, small tec
 hniques&nbsp;that can be practiced on-the-go.\n\n
