Conference Policies

PAYMENT POLICY: All registration fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to attendance at the conference or prior to receiving access credentials for online sessions. It is a strict policy that only U.S. Government employees may submit training authorization forms in lieu of prepayment. Our Federal ID Number is 45-4292400.

CONFIRMATION: Registrations will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact registration@dataversity.net.

SPECIAL NEEDS: DATAVERSITY supports the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance, please call 310-337-2616 x1.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Before you cancel your registration, please consider requesting to transfer your full registration credit to a future event or digital training product. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing registration@dataversity.net. Cancellations made on or before March 19, 2021, will be subject to a 10% fee, to cover nonrefundable credit card fees and administrative expenses. Cancellation requests received on or after March 20, as well as confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing, will not be entitled to a refund but may be eligible to receive a credit to a future event or digital product offered by DATAVERSITY. Access to the recorded sessions will be provided to paying registrants for the portion of the program they registered for approximately two weeks after the live EDW event.

Please Note: These cancellation and refund policies do not apply for registrations that used a past event credit, including those that have been transferred from the rescheduled 2020 events. If you have questions about this policy, please email registration@dataversity.net.

ATTENDEE AND PAYMENT POLICY: Access to any session or program that requires payment will not be guaranteed unless full payment is received by DATAVERSITY by two business days prior to the beginning of the class. Your registration is not considered “confirmed” until full payment is received, so if there are limitations on session capacity, then seats taken by unconfirmed registrants will be replaced by confirmed registrants. If you need to make special payment arrangements different from these stated terms, please email registration@dataversity.net

SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Substitution of a confirmed registrant with a new (alternate) registrant may be made without charge if notification is provided at least two business days prior to the start of your scheduled sessions. Substitution of a confirmed registrant with a new (alternate) registrant with notification one business day or less prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day can be made; however, we are unable to issue a new unique registration login within this timeframe. If you need to request a substitution, please email registration@dataversity.net.

SESSION CHANGE REQUESTS: All requests for tutorial session changes after the self-selection period has ended must be sent by email to registration@dataversity.net. Session changes with notification of two business days or more prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day may be made without charge. Session changes with notification of one business day or less prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day may not be possible due to security and authorization protocols.

SCHEDULE: While every effort will be made to maintain the schedule exactly as represented, we reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed.

SOLICITATION: Solicitation during the event by anyone other than approved sponsors is strictly prohibited.
